Delia is very tall (over 6 ft.), very lovely and very enthusiastic about demonstrating her techniques. Her long legs allow her to deliver truly devastating roundhouse and spinning back kicks. It was a great pleasure to work with Delia for her only appearance on POW! Delia is fantastic! (plus there is an extra sparring vs. you segment at the end of the clip)
